Beaulieu Estate
We have undertaken extensive projects, both domestic and commercial throughout the 9,000-acre Beaulieu Estate. Most of the properties date back to the 16th century and require specialised restoration work. The estate is famed for its signature red doors, a large number of which we have restored to their former glory. In 2018 we carried out internal and external decorations to a number of properties along the Beaulieu high street.
We have also covered the surrounding areas such as Bucklers Hard and other New Forest areas such as Lyndhurst and Lymington.
Blocks Of Flats
We have built up good relations with agents and have decorated in excess of 400 blocks over the past 10 years. This includes all external and internal decorations, from high rise buildings to small self-contained flats. We are qualified in using powered access equipment for those hard to reach areas and have a reliable scaffolding team in place, when necessary. Our experience in this field allows us to tailor your quote to be the most cost-effective way of carrying out the works required.
Hotels
We have worked alongside some of the big-name hotels in Hampshire and the New Forest, decorating anything from hotel function rooms, restaurants, swimming pool areas, lobby’s, corridors and receptions areas. Some of these buildings are historical and we often have to restore very old parts of the building using specialised products. For instance, we can fully restore old sash windows without the need to replace them, using products such as epoxy resin. We can also work unsociable hours to fit in with the business requirements of the hotel.
Property Refurbishments & Domestic Decorating
Although we specialise in painting and decorating, we also have years of experience in other trades too. whether its full refurbishment projects or small jobs, we and have a reliable team to work on any part of the property. We can look after all maintenance for properties either commercial or domestic for landlords, management companies, estate agents and home owners. We offer plumbing, electrical works, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom refits, rendering, landscape gardening and more.
